Made a call to WRME in North Canton, OH

Last month, February 2019, I called this company because I realized I did not receive an order last year which were the 2017 quarters. I called 866-282-**** and I reached a person who said it would be reshipped out to me.

I received a reorder number NOTHING HAS COME YET and I cannot contact this number anymore. It rings 10 times then it becomes busy.

What's the story here. Have unfinished quarter sets. Need info. Telephone number does not work and e-mails aren't returned. Are they out of business. If so did they file for bankruptcy? Does anyone know?

The dollar coins

For the leanth of time it took me to collect the presidential coins and now I have two sets of them only to find out they are not worth the time and energy to collect them. So disappointed and I would advise anyone not to collect them. I now have two sets and the holders for them and I don’t think they are even worth face value. I won’t even put them up for sale because they are not worth the energy to do so. Maybe in 10 years I will give them to charity. Angry World monetary exchange shame on you! I have to wonder how many people you have taken advantage of. I can’t believe how many years I spent collecting these dollar coins thinking that they would be worth there face value at the end of the day I along with many other people were suckered into buying them.

Havent been able to open it since I moved out of state! Dont want to pay $25.00 for "orginal combination" that I already have. The door just wont open.

CSR number rings, with message to try again? Does anyone ever pick up?

Absolute crooks, do not deal with this company

Purchased the presidential gold dollar program from them, paid approx 2500. Dollars up front, twice they just stopped shipping the coins, after calling they said I no longer lived here, I've been at this address for 29 years, they again stop shipping in Dec 2016, now they are saying my post office could not get the coins to my address, after calling numerous times they said they would send the rest of the coins, the problem is they are saying I received coins that I did not receive. I'm 62 years old bought this set of presidential coins for my grandson, still waiting from After FDR, I m trying to communicate with a supervisor named Holly, I see they have a lot of the same type of complaints, they get the money and then don't fill the order, these people are very dishonest, save your self a headache, only deal with US Mint, these people are not people of there word, these do not understand customer satisfaction, working to get a hold of attorney general, will probably have to sue to get the rest of my coins.

Any ideas on why my door wont open with correct combo number?

Paid up front in 2007. Never received all coins.

I paid in full in 2007. Received a few coins a year. Then at one time they stopped coming because supposedly US Govt made them stopped. Started coming again in 2013. Never received my 2014 and 2015 coins. 2016 coins came on 4/2018. Called customer service and they said the shipped them and they are no longer in production. So now I have to buy 8 coins on my own. Refused to refund for missing coins.

The Presidential Dollar Coin program is just plain Theft!

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

The World Reserve Monetary Exchange is not serving people to what they promised. Monetary Exchange just means they take more of your money then they return in product.

Hundreds or more people placed orders all the way back in 2006. Paid in full for 40 different Presidential dollar coins. They came in full rolls of each, dual Philly/Denver sets, or one of each in individual cases with a certificate on each and a display case to hold all 40. In 2007 they almost canceled all together, but finally decided to continue.

However, they did cut the Certificates unless you paid even more to continue receiving. Now at the last delivery of quarters in Feb 2017, they say they can not mint President Carters coin. Sorry, Federal Law prohibits...thanks for your money and have a nice day! Why was never stated first in 2006?

Did they expect him to pass sooner? Why not tell everyone within two years of last delivery as federal law prevents its minting up to two years after their passing. Or sometime in the dang 11 years! To top it all off they keep over half the costs!

They only offer HALF of what they owe everyone back as store credit only, and it expires in 4 months. All the items they sell are way over priced the true value. I have a few of the items they sell (not from them thankfully) and their cost is way more then I could get for them currently. The dollar coins cost at least 300% over face value already.

Many people feel they have had success with their service, but I would not recommend to anyone.

Go see a dealer of monetary items in your area and get exactly what you pay for. Just do your homework on values first!!

Just read this post from 2017. I totally agree with the complaint.

My grandfather started this collection at it's inception and paid for more than he got. To this date, the WME still owes me 3 of those 425 gold boxes to store the ballistic rolls in. I sent numerous emails to the company requesting them to send them to me but after ONE response from their customer service dept, all I heard from them after that was *crickets*. I do understand about the Carter coin, as the mint won't grant issuance of the dollar until the president is DEAD.

BUT, it didn't account for Nixon, Ford and Reagan. If I had known my elderly grandfather had wanted to start this collection, I would have warned him off about paying in advance for everything. Pre-paying isn't the way to go.

I don't know how this company is still in business after reading so many unfavorable reviews. Sure wish I got those boxes for my last 3 rolls of coins.

I have NEVER received them and it's July 5 now. Noone ever answers the phone and now the website is non -existant! I bought 2 sets and paid for them in full. I joined in 2008.

Company is Dishonest / Cheat Customers

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
Bought complete set of all presidential dollars, paid in full. As advertised the coins came with certified papers ,halfway through the program they decided that an additional charge was necessary to continue to issue the certified coin and papers. Which leaves the collection worthless without the papers. Now they will not issue the Carter coin. Which will make the collection INCOMPLETE & WORTHLESS. In my display there is Carters Name, and an empty slot. When I purchase the collect is was for ALL PRESIDENTIAL COINS. I called and asked for a refund. I am not satisfied with not getting what I originally purchased. I was denied a refund!!!!!! I am filling a complaint with my state Attorney General and encourage everyone do the same. It is the only way to stop this company deceptive practice cheating people.

The collection is complete as a 39 coin set since the US Mint has no future plans to mint a coin for Jimmy Carter. Since a coin cannot be minted in honor of a President until he has been deceased at least two years, the US Mint skipped Carter and completed the set with Reagan.

We are offering a store credit due to the omission of the Carter coin.

Officials at the United States Mint have confirmed that the release of the U.S. Dollar Coin honoring the 40th U.S. President Ronald Reagan will mark the end of the U.S.

Presidential Dollar Coin Program. Under 31 United States Code Section 5112 the Presidential Dollar Coin Act of 2005 prohibits the minting of Presidential Dollar Coins honoring any President who has not been deceased for at least 2 years. Since President Jimmy Carter is still living, a coin honoring President Carter cannot by law be minted, and the U.S. Mint must skip to the 40th President.

The same section of the United States Code also states the President Dollar Coin program will end when each President has been honored. Therefore, the U.S. Government’s final striking for the Presidential Dollar Coin Program with the minting of the 40th President, Ronald Reagan, means the named account of record will now have the full 10 year collection of every U.S. Presidential Dollar Coin ever minted.

Disappointed missing coin

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
I am not receiving the completed set, which monetary reserve says i did. The Jimmy Carter coin is skipped. I realize he is not deceased, but, why can't you send me his coin two years after he passes? Why do you say the collection is complete, yet you skip the 39th president, why not just stop at Carter? I am happy I have the reagan coin, because he was the first president i was able to vote for(18). But how can you state this is a completed coin collection and skip the next to the last coin? Then the exchange sends me another coin program, in a frame, not vault. But then they say I cannot choose between one of the two frames offered. Why show us two different types and not let us pick which one we want? Disappointed

I have a nice wall frame I bought from them to display the coins. If that is true what do I put in Carter's slot. Kind of looks like an incomplete display.

MY NAME IS SYLVIA CRISP. MY MAILING ADDRESS IS P.O. BOX 1285- GLEN ALPINE, N.C. 28628, PHONE NUMBER (828) 584-****. WHY HAVE YOU NOT RESPONDED TO MY REQUEST OF DELIVERY OF THE COINS I PURCHASED. THIS IS UNFAIR BUSINESS PRACTICES AND IT SHOULD BE RESOLVED. MY RECORD SERVES ME RIGHT THAT WITH THE COMPLETE PACKAGE I PAID FOR WOULD DELIVER COINS UNTIL I AM 65 YEARS OLD. PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY MY COINS STOP COMING AS THEY WERE PREPAID IN ADVANCE AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ALL OF MY MERCHANDISE. RSVP THRU MY EMAIL OR MAILING ADDRESS. THANK YOU!

They don't fit in the blue holder box I chose! Very poor customer service!!!!!!

Not a Reputable Company

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
I ordered the Presidential Dollar coins and frame set in 2007. I received the first 24 coins with no problem, after that then they only sent one set instead of the two sets (Denver and Philadelphia). Then they sent no coins at all. The comment I received was that a supervisor would call - no one ever called me. They would not replace them and I had to buy the missing coins if I wanted to finish my set. For the last set they gave me a tracking number and said I would have to research it myself, it was not their problem. Not a company I would recommend except to stay away from them!
