I have been receiving the $1 presidential coins and certificates like everyone else. Just read the audit letter 9/20/11 wanting more money to continue to receive the grading certificates. My agreement was to receive (40) $1 coins (ending with Reagan in 2016) and the certificates, already paid for in full. Decided to check out this company and low and behold here is what I found. Numerous complaints! First of all, what corporation only has an audit performed once in 4 years???????? This is a scam plain and simple! Being a business owner for nearly 30 years, I would never get away with going back to a customer 4 yrs. later and telling them I made a mistake in what I charged them for the product I sold them and now require more money!!!! States Attorney, class action law suit, SIGN ME UP!!! Unfortunately, this economy is going to breed all kinds of scum suckers taking advantage of people. It's criminal. I will not be sending more money to receive a piece of cardboard. Crooks! 127f51a

This is very discouraging. I received the G-20 form and went online to see if it was even legit. Based on these comments, my fears are solidified, but still confused on what my options are. Mandi Snyder, how have you been addressing the calls you're getting? What happens if I don't return the G-20 at all? You indicate that "some" of the options will no longer be valid after 2/29/12. What does that mean? Very abmiguous. What is your legal obligation to all of your customers? I'm sure it goes beyond the options you've given us.

Kathy T,

I understand your frustration but please know that we had absolutely no control over the Government's decision to stop the production of these coins for circulation. We are in regular contact with officials at the US Mint and are doing all that we can to ensure we can continue to obtain the coins for our customers. I have listed my phone number and email address on this site numerous times for people to contact me directly if they have questions. My name is Mandi Snyder and I assist the President of The World Reserve. I can be reached at 330-244-4121 or at

Thanks!

Same story. My agreement was to receive (40) $1 coins (ending with Reagan in 2016) and the certificates, already paid for in full. Decided to check out this company and low and behold here is what I found. Numerous complaints!

The corporation is only audited every 4 years! This is a scam plain and simple! HOLD OUT - CONTACT THE OHIO ATTORNEY GENERAL FOR A CLASS ACTION TO GET FULL RETURN OF YOUR MONEY.

I too have ordered the 40 Presidential coins, (four per year for the next ten years)to include the grading letters (un circulated).

I paid $ 162.00 plus $12.85 servuce fee and i would like to receive just what i have paid for.

I will be more than happy to join a class action suit of any kind to get exactly what we have all paid for.

Sincerly Tom G

I also had an agreement to receive 40, $1 coins and received the notice stating World Reserve could not supply the remaining order of 20 coins. I mailed back my form and selected "A" option, "wait for a resolution", with the following option #4. which I had to hand write on the form. It stated "I will wait for World Reserve to determine they cannot supply the remaining coins at that time World Reserve will refund 50% of the money paid for the original order in one payment, or legal action may be necessary". I am on the bus for a class action lawsuit if this is what needs to happen.

By the way I never received the W.M. Harrison coin in 2009.

I paid in full ,for the presidental leather binder and all the coins to fill it ,The whorld reserve got my money ,they should have been on the collectors list for the united states .But it looks like they just made money and ran ,they have to full fill this or go to jail.do not except any of thier sell hired prenters to made a sub.You can read up on these presidental coins (colltors0 those are the one s the u.s will continue to fill ,and this will limit waste,So if the whorld reseve did not spend the money you gave them on these coins ,they are ripping epople off.and wanting to subitue with something of lesser value.LawSuit
