| 5. Written by Mandi on December 2, 2010 from north canton, ohio, US TN, You should have received your combination in a small manilla envelope inside your safe box. If you do not have it you can call our Client Satisfaction department at 1-866-282-6587. They will ask you for the serial number which will allow them to look up your safe combination. Thanks! | 7. Written by Mandi on October 19, 2010 from north canton, ohio, US To Disgruntled Customer: Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. We want to make sure that your expectations are exceeded and would like to speak with you to identify what went wrong. We offer a 90 day return policy to ensure our customers have adequate time to inspect their order. If for any reason a customer is not satisfied they can call our Client Satisfaction department and we will happily refund the purchase price. Our process for overlaying the $2 bills was designed in such a way as to not render the bill unfit to be reissued as per Title 18, Section 333 of the United States Code. Additionally, we clearly state in all of our ads that, “The World Reserve Monetary Exchange is not affiliated with the United States Government or any Government Agency.” We send our $2 bills out in the acrylic holders or wallets to protect them so they can remain in crisp, uncirculated condition. You had been sent 2 free $2 bills to preview. If you did not want to receive the remaining bills in the collection there should have been an easy form for you to fill out and return to us indicating such. I apologize that there appears to have been confusion and/or a mix up concerning this. You did indicate that you received your money back which is in accordance with our 90 day return policy. These bills are in fact legal tender and we believe they do make a wonderful collector’s item as we are the only company presenting and packaging them in this manner. Please call me directly at (330) 244-4121 or email me at so that I can research your order and can clearly identify the problems you occurred so they can be avoided in the future. Thanks! |
| 8. Written by Disgruntled customer on October 14, 2010 from salt lake city, utah, US I received their state quarters collection in May and was happy with them; however, the so called museum frame they came with was pretty cheap in my opinion. At the time I ordered them, I was also asked if I wanted to opt in on their $2 state bills and I told them that I was not interested in them. Well, in August I get a package from WRME and had no clue what was in it. When I opened it, I found two of their so-called "state" $2 bills. Talk about a rip-off...they are 2003 $2 bills with a cheap transparency print adhered to them that pull right off. They are sent in collector bill cases to make you think that they are mint items, when in actuality they are just regular $2 bills. Well, I didn't order them and they didn't bill me for them, so I talked to my attorney and he said that since they were unsolicited, I could keep them. The following month, I get hit with a $98 charge to my debit card so I called the company and asked what they are doing. When I finally got to talk to someone, I was told that it was a mistake on the bank's part and they had not received the money. So I went to the bank and questioned it. They had already paid the debit and started proceedings to get the money back since I had never authorized it. Well, I did get the money back, but I have since changed my debit card so that they don't have the number anymore. Just a word of warning on this company....they are schemers and fraudsters. I can't imagine how they can get away with selling these $2 bills and making people think they are legal collector's items. Don't deal with them at all! |
