The way I see it, WRME will be in breach of contract with their customers if they do not either, 

1. send the remainder of the pre-paid Presidential coins according to schedule or, 2. fully refund the pre-paid amount less the value of coins already delivered. 

No options on The G-20 form are suitable as Option A requires you to also choose 1, 2 or 3, all of which are unacceptable.

To all fellow World Reserve Monetary Exchange "Presidential Dollar" Customers: 

 

I am humbled by a very surprising call that I received this morning in response to my complaint made last night regarding "Options" we have under their form G-20a. Mandi, who is the Executive Assistant to the President of the WRME called with genuine concern regarding this complaint. My guard as with many of you was up as I had felt that I was being victimized by an unjust company.  

 

Mandi dispelled all of that. I am choosing Option A as this does not relinquish our rights to options in the future and/or a refund. It allows us to stand behind the WRME as they fight the fight on our behalf! It does look like we will win this fight against the U.S. Legislation. 

 

The TRUTH of the matter is that WE THE PEOPLE are ALL being victimized and the cause is not the WRME it is our WONDERFUL U.S. Congress - you know the ANTI-American - the ANTI-Business - the LET'S DRIVE THIS GREAT COUNTRY INTO THE GROUND with continued bail outs and DEFICIT SPENDING! 

 

SO, I encourage you to not be angry with the WRME but rather write your state and/or local government apposing these kinds of legislation - that is our responsibility as United States Citizens. As long as we continue to not speak up, our OUT OF CONTROL U.S. Legislation will continue to rob us of our freedoms to suppress us into a socialist society. 

 

PS - Stand up America and vote this Administration OUT - Any one of the candidates is a far cry better than what we have now - I'm voting RICK SANTORUM!!!

I will give you a call later today. Those are options provided for people who are unwilling to wait until we receive a final answer from the US Mint. We are quite hopeful we will be able to continue getting the coins. If you mark Option A only, nothing changes with your account and you agree to give us some time to find out an answer on our ability to secure the number of coins we need.

World Reserve is into me for $5,600.00! Talk about pissed! I received my G-20a form today in the mail which give me/us three options: OPTION 1: Continue Presidential Coin Program with a "SUBSTITUTION" which they are offering a "Presidential Medal" in lieu of the Dollar Coins. ~ Give me a break! 

OPTION 2: Store credit! AND GET THIS they are offering four online store credits calculated at two times the full "FACE" value for each coin to be issued through 2016 to reflect the same release calendar of the original Presidential Dollar Coin Program. 

OPTION 3: REMUNERATION - A payment of the full "FACE" value (ARE YOU KIDDING ME) for each coin in four annual installments prior to the completion of each year through 2016 which reflects the same calendar of the original Presidential Dollar Coin Program. 

OPTION 4: MY ATTORNEY'S SUGGESTION: REFUND MY MONEY IN FULL LESS WHAT HAS ALREADY BEEN SHIPPED!

There is a very strong possibility that you will continue to receive your coins. We are very hopeful that we will be able to continue purchasing the coins from the US Mint. We are only waiting on a final assurance from them that this will be possible. The letter you received was just to make you aware of the situation and that there was the potential that we might not be able to secure the coins in the future - we certainly hope this doesn't happen and are working each day toward the goal of being able to continue providing these coins to our customers.
