WTF! Just called regarding my last coin of 2011 ( James A. Garfield ), and got a recording telling me that you have suspended production of the Presidential Dollar program. I have half of a collection that means nothing without the rest. I paid in advance for the complete set. You need to let me know how you are going to rectify this. If I hear nothing, I will send the coins back to you via UPS and demand a complete refund. If I don't receive notification of my refund, I will have no other choice but to seek legal action against you. What a scam. 127ebdc

Dear World Reserve Customes,

The following is our most current update regarding the Presidential $1 program.

On March 21, 2012 the U.S. Mint announced its 2012 retail product lineup on its website. Although release dates and availability for larger quantities are not certain, the World Reserve believes it will be successful in compelling the U.S. Mint to at least provide quantities of the coins needed to fulfill the President Arthur coins to its customers. The World Reserve expects the receipt of these coins from the U.S. Mint and anticipates the processing and fulfillment of the President Arthur coins during the month of May to customers who have not otherwise selected a substitution.

The U.S. Mint's announcement does not address the U.S. Mint's long-term Presidential Coin outlook past 2012 or the bulk purchasing policy that was in place following the Presidential $1 Coin Act of 2005.

The World Reserve is continuing its efforts to fulfill the needs of its customers and has requested that the U.S. Mint provide the quantities needed and the terms established following the Presidential $1 Coin Act of 2005.

We greatly appreciate your patience as we continue to do everything within our means to satisfy all of our customers following these unprecedented actions by the Government.

Has anyone actually looked up the value of the .25 Troy Ounce .999 Pure Silver ingot they will "crown" the declaration with? It's like $7 worth of silver. Really? When I read that, I thought OK, well maybe it's worth $100. Glad I looked it up. So much for my son's 18th bday gift...here son, have half of a collection!

Looks like a fancy way to say we are ripping you off, please sign and acknowledge. Time for a lawsuit. Hey here's a novel idea, fulfill your obligation you scumbags.

I also paid for the entire collection.

Option D, good luck doing business in the future, as no one will EVER DO BUSINESS WITH YOU AGAIN!!!! You are officially a piece of S&it company.

Kay,

You can select option A and choose to wait until we know for sure if we will be able to purchase the coins from the US Mint. The alternative options are being provided for customers who do not wish to wait for an answer at this time.

Thanks!

Mandi

I also paid in full and now they say that the bulk purchasing channel and terms the World Reserve relied on are no longer available to them - what about the money they accepted from us in the beginning - is this not an agreement that they are bound by? Telling me that I have to sign and send this form back by 4/30/2012 or take my chances is outragious!

Is anyone else wondering if the garfield coin is real or a madalion? I received mine on a flimsy peice of paper and it does not resemble the rest of my collection.

What about the envelope stuffer marketing sheets of dollar bills starring at you while you read that contract that only benefits the WRMF........

I sent an email expressing my concern, hopefully this matter is resolved. But in light of recent events I am hoping someone can post information about a class action. Tokens medallions whatever the worthless item is they want us to accept in replacement of hundreds of dollars is an insult.

Also nto happy with this letter. I shelled out like $800 for this set of coins & box years ago. I either want the coins or my money back for coins I won't receive. I have ZERO interest in some *** medals. If there is a class action suit, I'm in.

I, for one, am tired of waiting, and NEVER receiving any updates or just form of compensation.

But any real hopes of a class action suite against WRME will remain only idle talk unless action is taken.

The best way to begin the process of a class action is to register a formal complaint with

the state's attorney general.

Since The World Reserve Monetary Exchange headquarters is in Canton, Ohio, complaints should be directed to Ohio's Attorney General, Mike Dewine.

You can file by phone:(800) 282-0515.

Along with details of your personal problems with WRME, mention also the numerous

consumer complaint websites (like the BBB) where WRME is listed as a frequent and

long-standing offender.

I also received the letter. The options they asking to sign in G-20 form will NOT give me either the entire collection, or the money to purchase the rest of the collection. I found, and already talked to another company that will CONTINUE to ship coins to their customers. They can increase their customer base and I'm sure ship to all of us. And I believe, the World Reserve MUST PAY FOR IT!!!

I'm planning to contact my attorney, but would love to be on the class action law suite.
