If anyone is filing suit, I would like to join them. I am taking my information to a lawyer myself also". roneil3729@gmail/.com This is definately breach of contract, failure to deliver goods paid for in advance.. Happy to discuss this with anyone who feels the same way/. First they never explained that the set would not be complete until 2016, while they take payment up front.. Had I known this , I would have not paid in advance?. Then they send you cards for each coin until you are partially through the collection and then want to charge for the cards on any following coins.. Now they don't even want to send the coins:. Probably because the price of gold has gone so high. 127eb9c

I too would like to take part in a class action law suit. It is not acceptable that the WRME would not follow through with thier contract to supply the presidential dollar coins in its entirety, and then not offer a full refund in exchange for the return of all coins sent. my contract was with WRME not the the US Mint! I feel It is therefore thier obligation to take action with the US mint and refund my funds. Contact me at

I am also a disgruntled customer of WRME. You seem to have been even more misled, if you think that the presidential coins were supposed to be GOLD!

Anyway, I'm tired of WRME's unwillingness to make good on their original promotion, so I registered the following complaint with the Ohio State Attorney General:

"Product is paid for in full. Only HALF the total order has been filled. Although scheduled to ship quarterly over a nine year period (one coin every four months, a recent notice declares problems with continuance of regular shipments and possible unavailability of future coins. No refund was offered, instead substitute "medals" were offered. This was to be a 'collector's edition' uncirculated coin set when completed.

Substitution 'medals' are NOT acceptable."

"If the minted uncirculated coins purchased and already paid for in full can not be shipped, a full REFUND should be given. I am willing to return all coins already shipped."

I just received this Acknowledgement from them:

"Thank you for filing your complaint. You should receive an e-mail confirmation of your complaint within 24 hours.

If you have any additional information, please contact the Ohio Attorney General's Help Center at (800) 282-0515. Please have your complaint reference number ready."

All parties with similar complaints are invited to follow my lead.
