Mandi kept her word and sent the "missing" certficates, unbroken capsules, along with new Money Gallery. Hoping coins will stay in their slots. There is hope people, looks like they are making their wrongs right. ![]() |
| 2. Written by Makeitright on January 6, 2012 from overland park, kansas, US I spoke to Mandi a couple of weeks ago and believe we'll be able to get my issue resolved. Since it's still "work in progress", I cannot say I am 100% happy. Will keep posted. |

| 4. Written by Kathy Makin on December 21, 2011 from cookson, oklahoma, US I would just like to know how much the presidential coins cost. My husband ordered these 2 sets. The credit card he used got lost and he had to give them another, now they are stated we received goods he never paid for. And they were all suppose to be paid for this was in 07. Somehow they did not credit him for all the money they took out of the first credit card. He called and spoke with a lady and gave him a total price and was suppose to get back with him, on the other matter, she never did. So another month and they charged his card again. He called and spoke with a guy this time and was supposed to have everything worked out, but now the price has changed again. If this is not settled and he gets charged again, I will personally turn in to BBB and call credit card company and file fraud charges against them. He has learned his lesson. Talked with a coin dealer today and he said totally not worth it. Save your money people or only deal with someone in person. Once they get your cc number you just never know when and how much they will charge you. |
| 5. Written by Mandi on December 8, 2011 from north canton, ohio, US Mary, The coins cannot be sent to you because the US Mint is only sriking 4 Presidential $1 Coins each year through the year 2016. We ship out a coin to you each time they are released to us from the US Mint. I'd love to speak with you regarding this. I can be reached at 330-244-4121. Thanks! Mandi, Executive Assistant |
| 6. Written by Mary on December 7, 2011 from bridgeton, new jersey, US 1.I too, am upset because I paid for multiple sets of these coins in full and have recently received the letter telling me I owe more. I feel it is a scam. 2.I am also appalled that they think I will write my credit card number on a piece of paper and put it in the mail?!?!? ARe you serious. 3.I would also like to know why, if I have already paid in full, then why can't all the coins be sent to me now? |
| 7. Written by Mandi on December 7, 2011 from north canton, ohio, US Makeitright, The toll call phone number is the one that rings directly to my desk. I provide it on this site to see what I can do to assist the small number of complaints that are posted on this site in particular. I also provide my email address so that if the toll call is an issue a customer can email me their phone number and a good time to reach them and I will then initiate the call. I also provide Client Satisfaction's toll free number for customers who are not able to contact me during my working hours (due to their own work schedules or time zone differences). It is certainly your choice to contact me or not - I truly only post my information so that customers who are upset (enough to post about it online) have another avenue to get their complaint resolved. It would be my pleasure to help you as well. I can be reached at 330-244-4121 or at Thanks! Mandi, Executive Assistant |
| 8. Written by makeitright on December 7, 2011 from macon, georgia, US Ironical that one can get a reply to posts on this website quicker than contacting WRME directly. I'm also curious why some people are told to call a toll free number and others must make a toll call. I'll be in touch Mandi, just not sure what you think you can do. I just don't feel like spending any more money, in any form, with WRME. I inquired about a refund last year of "unused services ands goods" and was told that wasn't possible. The option presented to me was to return each shipment for a refund, yeah right! |
9. Written by Jack Bridge on December 6, 2011 from dallas, texas, US I am very dissapointed with the same situation mentioned above. Some of my coins that I took out of the cases look like cheap deteriorated trinkets. Are they really gold? or thinly god plated plastic? |
| 10. Written by Mandi on November 30, 2011 from north canton, ohio, US Hazel, We did experience a delay with these shipments. I'm showing that your Hayes coins shipped out yesterday so you should be receiving them soon. Garfield will begin shipping within the next couple of weeks. If you ever have a question regarding the status of your order you can call our Client Satisfaction department at 866-282-6587. Thanks! Mandi |
