| 3. Written by Mandi on January 19, 2012 from north canton, ohio, US Martinos1, We have not stopped production of the Presidential $1 coins. This was a directive given by President Obama's Administration to the United States Mint. We are a customer of the United States Mint. We do know that they are going to continue minting a small amount of coins for collectors. We are currently seeking answers as to whether they will continue providing us coins in bulk quantities. When you receive your Garfield coin there will be information inside regarding this very situation. Our President is in contact with U.S. Mint officials regularly and is working hard on a solution for our customers. If you have any further questions please call me directly at 330-244-4121. Thanks! Mandi, Executive Assistant |
