This is in addition to our Client Satisfaction department which is available Monday-Saturday to assist our customers. I'm not sure what letter you received but as with all advertisements you are free to respond or not respond. We do not "take money" from our customers. They respond to an advertisement and agree to make a purchase. They make payment and we deliver the product they ordered. It would seem you have never actually conducted business with our company so I'm not sure it is fair for you to be providing an assessment. Thanks! Mandi, Executive Assistant |
