I am only glad 8 checked out this company before I forward them my money. I am0pissed that this company preys on consumers mailing out form which appear official and if you are not suspecting would be forwarding money to them. This "COMPANY" should be shut down and be made to refund people's monies plus pay a hefty fine. in times like these people need their hard earned money and not a scam company to take it from them. Jail is not enough.After reading other complaints, it seems they prey on the elder population which is even more despictabld. 127e834

I think if you had read the other complaints you would have seen that I have provided all of my contact information to help customers resolve any issues they may have. This is in addition to our Client Satisfaction department which is available Monday-Saturday to assist our customers. I'm not sure what letter you received but as with all advertisements you are free to respond or not respond. We do not "take money" from our customers. They respond to an advertisement and agree to make a purchase. They make payment and we deliver the product they ordered. It would seem you have never actually conducted business with our company so I'm not sure it is fair for you to be providing an assessment.
