World Reserve Monetary Exchange. What a complete fraud. I feel like I have been mugged; over and over and over and over...

I don't know why my husband thought it would be such a great idea to buy from this company, but I do know I don't want to add up what he spent.

I told him to sell this "garbage" stained bills and other junk that he bought from them. His idea, take it to an estate appraiser.

The estate appraiser told him to take it to the grocery store! "at least there he'd get something for his money..."

Do Not fall victim to this company. This stuff just keeps coming. I finally had to report the credit cards stolen to stop them sending and charging...

I also got the letter about the additional $63.36 & like a dummy I sent it. Now I get a letter with my James Garfield coin telling me that they have all these options that I can pick from, as the regular coins that I paid for probably wont be minted & I can get presidental medals in place of the coins, which were paid for in full back in 2007.

They don't take orders from California anymore. They must have been sued by Attorney

General for fraud. Look at their "free" safe offer...a safe listed at $436 plus $300 in coins of face value for 18 payments

of $98 which totals $1862.00 plus shipping>

What a deal! I'm moving to Nevada so I can

get in on this. Also I know who is selling the Golden Gate Bridge.

I got the audit letter. I called and after an at length phone call with the associate and her supervisor I requested to talk to the supervisor's supervisor. She said that my comments would be shared with the managemnt team and that some one would call me within 24 hours. here it is seven busiess days later and I have not received a call but was builed for the certificate ( I found that out when I looked in my email). This is bad buisness and more business will be lost than money gained. Bad buisness leads to loss of customer base and that leads to business closures.

My Dad, who is almost 91, living in a Assisted Living Facility, purchased a $400 safe to keep in his apartment. We found out about it, right after he ordered it and was shocked that he spent this amount. We checked on line about the company and were horrified to see their history of fraud! It has supposedly been already sent, like the day after he ordered it. Does anyone have any suggestions as to refusing the Fed Ex shipment when it is delivered? That is what we are telling them to do when it arrives. If they don't credit his credit card for the amount we are planning on disputing it through his credit card company. We are going to call them this morning, as soon as they open, as we found out about this, this weekend. I am praying that all of this works and hope that the person receiving it (as their are many at this Assisted Living Facility) refuses to accept it. Any help is appreciated. We try our best to get Dad not caught in these schemes, but he does it anyway and then we try and clean up the mess.

Thanks for any help!

Dear World Reserve Customers,

Unfortunately the certificates were not part of the original offer. This was recently discovered during a company-wide systems upgrade which led to the audit. I want to make it clear that you will all still continue to receive each of your coins in the same condition that was stated when you ordered them. You have been receiving the grading and certficates, mistakenly, for free for the past 4 years - through no fault of your own. We wanted to give our customers a choice, rather than cancelling the grading and certificates moving forward. This is why you received the letter. If you have any further questions I'd be happy to speak with you personally. You can reach me directly at 330-244-4121 or you may email me at

Thanks!

I too have received a letter of audit looking for an additional $63.36. Show me where when I signed up for this program I was told this would happen. Never again!

I have also received this 'audit alert' and

request for an additional $63.36 for the

'Registration Certificates'. I will also proceed to contact the Oregon Attorney General if they continue with this fraudulent

scam.

I just received that same letter today. I paid upfront for this complete collection back in 2007. If I get a loose coin in my next shipment I will go to the Colorado Attorney General's office and demand a full refund plus interest for the price I paid. How dare they change this program in midstream! I am furious! :(

I myself have just received a letter stating that my account was just audited. and that I was supposedly receiving the grading cards for free with my presidential coins, and technically I should not have. they said it was their mistake. It's funny that the grading cards where never offered to me as an upgrade option when I originally place my order with them. I might add that my package of all presidential coins and the leather album has been paid for in full since 2008. Now they want to charge me 2.88 for each of the remaining cards, a total of 22 cards totaling $63.36. My question to them was, without a card of authenticity what is to say that these coins are un-circulated. I think that things have gotten a little tight, financially for them and now they came up with this little scheme to charge us for something that was already paid for. I think that it is time to speak with an attorney.
