On 14 July 2010 I called the WRME and informed their customer svc rep that my family and I had move and provided them with our new address. During that time I was medically retired from the US Army, after being injured in Afghanistan, moving and dealing with our first born child". I was and am still dealing with personal, physical, and mental issues not to mention adjusting to life as a civilian and father so I was not tracking the shipment of these coins/. I assumed that the address was updated and I would be receiving the items I had paid for.. I purchased the Presidential coin collection as a tool to teach my son the history of our country’s greatest leaders and as a hand me down to my son and his/. Now I am being informed that although the WRME failed to update my address in their system, they do have the date when I called to inform them of the change in address because I would not have remembered it, I have to pay for the five coins they sent to the wrong address". Not only that, somehow my order was canceled 20 Jun 2011 without my say so or any notification?. It has taken me weeks to gather motivation and make myself contact this company on this issue and now they just want more money and cannot or are unwilling to do the right thing.. Is this how WRME treats this countries men and women that serve bravely in foreign land, forgoing holidays with family and loved ones and in harm’s way? I am appalled by this and will never conduct any type of business with this company again'. I will also spread the word through social media ie, car forums, facebook, twitter, and the Army Knowledge Online and notify the BBB. 127e3c6

Osvaldor,

Please accept my sincere apology for the mix up with your account. Your order has been fully reinstated and the coins you are missing are being prepared to ship out as I type. I have sent this same information to you in an email and have left my contact information in a voicemail on the phone number listed on your account should you have any further questions. A Customer Service manager will email you the tracking number for your shipment as soon as it is available.

Thanks and have a Merry Christmas!

Mandi, Executive Assistant
